A MAN is to be sentenced after admitting pinching, slapping and threatening a his victim.
Fletcher Wright, of Benjamin Road in Wrexham, appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
The 21-year-old, who appeared via video link from prison, admitted controlling and coercive behaviour against a woman named Lydia Ramm which, according to the charge, involved him pinching, kicking and slapping her, threatening to damage her home and harm her dog.
The defendant also admitted intentional strangulation and intimidation against the same victim.
All three of the offences took place over a period of months earlier this year.

Judge Niclas Parry told the defendant: "You will be given some credit because you pleaded guilty, which means a reduced sentence.
"You're going to be visited by two people - one from probation and one a psychologist.
"Answer their questions. We will have reports from them.
"That will help us sentence you."
Judge Parry adjourned the sentencing until October 14.
