A COMMUNITY carnival in Wrexham is set to make its return.
Johnstown Community Carnival takes place on Sunday, August 25 at the playing fields off Heol Kenyon.
It runs from midday until 9pm and will include a funfair, live music throughout the day, as well as a bar, stalls and food vendors, and much more. There will also be a fun dog show between 12pm and 2pm.
Entry to the event, which will be raising money for Andy's Man Club, Wrexham and Nightingale House Hospice, is free of charge.
Johnstown Carnival first took place in 2019, in memory of popular local resident Denise Caldecott - who died suddenly, aged 55.
Her niece, Charlotte Bellis, organisers the now annual event.
