A-LEVEL results at Ysgol Morgan Llwyd were higher than last year as students celebrated on Thursday (August 15)

The school in Wrexham said they were particularly pleased with the 2024 A-level results which are even higher "in all indicators" compared with 2023.

Students, who picked up their results on Thursday, were praised by Headteacher Catrin Pritchard.

Mrs Pritchard said: “This outstanding achievement is testament to the resilience, dedication, and hard work of our students, their families, and the school’s committed teaching staff.  

"The skills and knowledge they have developed will serve as a strong foundation as they move forward to follow their chosen paths.
