A WREXHAM retail park has been placed under new management.
Estama has been appointed as the asset manager for Island Green Retail Park, on behalf of Focus Fund.
This new assignment marks the second collaboration between Estama and Focus Fund, following their recent appointment to manage the Glenrothes Kingdom Centre.
The 12,106 sq.m retail park contains leading brands like Next, Iceland, and Smyths Toys, as well as popular favourites such as Food Warehouse, Costa, Poundland, and Heron Foods.

Andriy Kozin, general partner of Focus Estate Fund, said: "Following Estama’s work on supporting us at the Kingdom Centre in Glenrothes, we are delighted to extend our partnership with them to also include our Wrexham asset, Island Green.
“We know they will bring the same innovation and expertise we have already seen from them to this new instruction, and we look forward to continuing to grow our partnership."
