A HIGH Street pub is relaunching its kitchen this weekend in Wrexham after listening to customer feedback.
Over the past seven months, The Midland has been on a journey of transformation, driven by the invaluable feedback from its loyal customers.
Now, the much-loved venue is delighted to relaunch its kitchen on Thursday, August 15. The upgrades come after listening to customer feedback and aiming to improve all services across the business.
A spokesperson said: "We’ve had some incredible responses to our previous menus, but our customers made it clear they wanted something more straightforward, accessible, and quick. We took that feedback seriously.
"Our new menu is a reflection of this—a simple, fresh, and reasonably priced selection of dishes that don’t compromise on flavour or quality.
"Among our signature dishes, we’re excited to introduce the Mullin Burger, a hearty, satisfying meal priced at just £9.95, which has quickly become a crowd favourite."
Another area of improvement is food wait times, which was a "point of concern" for the business.
In response, The Midland has redeveloped its kitchen to make food service faster and more efficient, allowing the team to deliver these delicious meals promptly, without compromising on quality.
A spokesperson added: "The move to a simpler menu has been instrumental in this improvement.
"Looking ahead, we’re introducing a new till system in September that will allow our customers to order and pay for both drinks and food directly from their table. This system is designed to enhance convenience and streamline the dining experience.

"We’re excited about these changes and believe they position The Midland as a true destination for sports, music, and great food.
"We can’t wait for our customers to experience the new and improved Midland, and we’re confident they’ll love what we’ve done."
Owner of The Midland, Ansloos Leisure Ltd, which also proudly owns The Cons Club and The Cefn Club, has announced a new addition to the family. 'The Turn Tables', a British-tapas themed vinyl bar, will be opening on the High Street this Autumn.
