A NEW Community Cupboard has opened in Coedpoeth, Wrexham, providing accessible and free food for all.
Launching on August 1, the new cupboard has been generously supported by The Asda Champion, The Morrisons Champion and the Community Council.
It is situated at the Old Carnege Library on Park Road in Coedpoeth.
There is a small selection of long dated food, toiletries, baby milk and pet food available (maximum of five items each).

There are also grab bags available on the days the Community Cupboard is not open which will be every Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9am until 12pm.
As well as support from the council and supermarkets, the initiative is down to a team of dedicated community volunteers who are "very proud" of the outcome.
Donations are welcome, including canned goods, dried goods, toiletries, nappies and pet food, and can be made by contacting the Community Agent on 01978 756890.
