A BRAND new British Tapas bar is coming to Wrexham's High St this Autumn.
After finally obtaining a licence, 'The Turn Table' can announce it will be joining the High Street in Wrexham, occupying the former Eastern Sheraton and Cosmopolitan building at unit 25-27, built in 1822.
The business will be proudly be owned by Ansloos Leisure Ltd, the same company who owns The Con’s Club Ruabon, The Cefn Club Cefn Mawr and The Midland Wrexham, also on the High Street.
Serving British Tapas food, the new music bar and restaurant will offer a sharing small plate take on modern classics. It will also serve premium beers, exceptional cocktails and have a vinyl music inspired atmosphere.
It is estimated that the grand opening will be around late October/early November this year, with an exact date to be confirmed nearer the time.
The general manager Lyndsey Holman will be joined by a Head Mixologist and Front of House Manager to smoothly operate the new and exciting venture, strictly for over 21's.
A spokesperson said: "This bar concept hasn’t yet been introduced in the UK - so we look forward to bringing it to Wrexham
"We came up with the concept about a year ago and have been keeping an eye on the building. We decided to go for it approx two months ago and applied for the license which was granted today." (August 1).
The building is now undergoing major renovation works.

Wrexham residents have already expressed their excitement and congratulations for the new business on social media.
"I'm so glad it's Over 21's. Wrexham doesn't have one of those anymore", said one individual.
Another said: "Slowly but surely bringing the night life back to Wrexham. You are smashing it."
