FIREFIGHTERS attended a vehicle blaze at a fuel station forecourt in Flintshire this morning (Friday, July 26).
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) said it sent one appliance to the incident at the Spar forecourt on Chester Road in Flint at 6.17am.
Crews used a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to tackle the fire - which was contained to the Ford vehicle.
A NWFRS spokesperson said the blaze, which started in the engine compartment, was extinguished by 6.44am - with the occupier of the vehicle having put out much of it prior to the fire service's arrival.
