MOTORISTS have been warned over their speeds by police following patrols today (July 23).
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team have been out today completing speed monitoring in Cross Lanes and Overton.
Patrols in Cross Lanes were completed on the B5130 in the village, while in Overton, they were conducted along the A539, Station Road.
The force say that one driver was issued a ticket by officers, while a number of warnings were also given to motorists.
They add that more locations have been planned for the speed checks and are asking motorists to "watch your speed".
