A POPULAR traditional Indian takeaway business in Flintshire has welcomed new management with 'big plans' in the pipeline.

Club Spice based on the High Street in Mold has been taken over by Ellie Dawood, originally from Connah's Quay, and Nayab Dawood from Karachi, Pakistan.

The couple, who happily reside in Northop with their young daughter, Saffron, took over the business on Monday, July 15.

Still looking to offer the traditional menu customers already know and love, Nayab says they will attempt to put their own spin on things and "bring a blend of different fusions together."

He adds: "There are plenty of plans in the pipeline but initially we are going to look to give the front of the shop a face lift.

"We'll then look at changing the menu up to cater to a wider audience. From authentic dishes, to spin offs with other cuisine blended with Indian - to brand new creations!
