Darren Kidd, aged 55 and of High Street in Holywell, was sentenced for racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and criminal damage. All of the offences took place on October 7 last year. The court handed down a 12 month community order with up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity, a £180 fine, £50 compensation.

Claire Edwards, aged 40 and of Moorcroft Lane in Aylesbury, was sentenced for possession of cannabis and drug-driving, which happened on April 8 this year at New Brighton in Flintshire. She was fined £120 and banned from driving for a year. The court ordered her to pay £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.

Alan Tovey, aged 46 and of Henry Taylor Street, Flint, was sentenced for was sentenced for handling stolen goods, namely a Dewalt circular saw and pad sander belonging to another person, which took place in Flintshire on February this year. He was ordered to pay £349.60 compensation and a £120 fine, as well as £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.

Carl Birchall, aged 50 and of Meadow Lea, Wrexham, was sentenced for possession of crack cocaine, which happened in Caego on January 26 this year. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs, as well as a £26 victim surcharge.

Robert Salisbury, aged 38 of Church Street in Flint, was sentenced for being drunk and disorderly in Buckley on June 12 this year. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs.
