POLICE have issued a plea to dog owners in Flintshire following an incident which "spooked" a herd of cattle.
North Wales Police's Rural Crime team said they had received reports of two dogs on the loose in the Moor Lane area of Higher Kinnerton at around 5pm on Wednesday (July 17).
The dogs, which were described as an Alsation and a Golden Labrador, did not have an owner with them and after getting out, they have "spooked" a herd of dairy cattle in the area.
