A MAN has lost his licence after police caught him in the driver's seat whilst over the limit for two substances.
Daniel McHugh, of Glyn Garth in Blacon, Chester, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday morning.
The 31-year-old admitted two offences of being in control of a motor vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug exceeded the specified limit.
Prosecutor Justin Espie told the court that at around 1.30pm on March 2 this year, police were "actively looking" for a Peugeot motor vehicle.
They located it parked on the A5104 in Penymynydd with the defendant in the driver's seat and the engine running.

However, the vehicle was not seen being driven by anyone.
When McHugh was drug tested, he was found to have more than 65 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood (the limit being 10) and more than 400 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine (a cocaine breakdown product also referred to as BZE) per litre of blood - the limit for that substance being 50.
In mitigation, the court heard McHugh was going through "personal turbulence" at the time which saw him relapse into class A drug use.
In March this year he began working as a roofer.
But following the offence he lost his job and is now on benefits, the court heard.
District Judge Gwyn Jones handed down a £160 fine and ordered the defendant to pay £85 costs, as well as a £64 victim surcharge.
McHugh was banned from driving for six months.
