Sam Rowlands, Member of the Welsh Parliament for North Wales, is rallying locals to support a community awareness event in Bangor on Dee.

This free engagement session is happening at the village hall on Tuesday, July 16.

Mr Rowlands, is urging his constituents to join the event.

He said: "I am a great believer in helping to raise awareness of what help is out there for people living in a community such as Bangor on Dee and neighbouring villages.

"Not only will it give residents the opportunity to meet local organisations but it will also allow them to catch up on whatever is happening in their community.

"It is good to see the event being organised by the local PCSO who plays a very important role within the community."
