Due to burning fuel and smoke plume at the location, residents living nearby were advised to keep property windows and doors closed.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said that the fire was under control by around 1am on Tuesday - with the last crew leaving the scene at 1.30am.
The barn suffered heavy damage in the incident, as well as a tractor. No injuries were reported to have occurred as a result of the fire.
A fire officer will attend the scene this morning to consider need for an investigation into the cause of the blaze.
