POLICE have issued an update on a crash in Flintshire last week, which saw a child taken to hospital.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Chester Road West in Shotton shortly before 12.30pm on June 26.
It involved a car and a child, with the road being partially blocked until around 2.30pm - causing "extremely heavy congestion" in the area.

An air ambulance reportedly landed near the scene of the incident, but the child involved was taken by road ambulance to hospital.
This morning (July 4) North Wales Police's Flintshire North Team issued an update on the RTC and the injuries sustained by the child.
A spokesperson said: "An update on injuries following the RTC in Shotton last week, the young lad has minor injuries and was discharged on the night of the incident."
