A THAI takeaway in Flintshire is launching its latest new venture - with more in the pipeline.
Thaidee, in Flint, is launching 'Silly Sausage' tomorrow (Tuesday, June 25) as it looks to expand its options. It is situated on the first floor of the restaurant's building on Chester Street.
The business said it is looking to "reinvent" itself, having also recently opened the Kanum dessert bar - and more in the pipeline.
Martin Lovell, co-owner of the business, said: "Our Thaidee takeaway has always been a success and we are always looking at ways to improve on that. Sadly our restaurant space wasn’t viable as well as facing other difficult times.
"The last few years have been difficult to say the least to navigate through. We have had to reinvent ourselves.
"Our aim is to become a food hub and Thai mini market, offering a range of food options and a selection of the must have Thai ingredients and snacks."

Talking about the latest venture, Martin said: "Some of the food outlets we are keeping close to our chest, but the next being Silly Sausage offers a range of yummy comfort food.
"A hot dog is generally considered something you have at the cinema or when you have a barbecue. We aim to change that, making a night in having the feeling of going out."
He added: "I’m creative by nature so I’m hoping all our ideas will become as successful as Thaidee. Thaidee itself will always be our little dream and we will cradle it as if it were our baby. In many ways it is. We’re very proud of it."
Martin said that there are four or five other new ventures in the pipeline.
"It's a massive undertaking hopefully completed by late September," he added.
