A WREXHAM man has pleaded guilty to being in charge of a 'dangerously out of control dog' in the city centre.
Darrell Roberts, of Maes y Gornel in Rhosllanerchrugog, appeared before Mold Crown Court on Friday, June 21.
The 33-year-old first pleaded guilty to one count of grievous bodily harm (GBH) without intent against Andrew Yates on May 19 of this year.
Roberts also pleaded guilty to being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control on Market Street in Wrexham on that same date.
The dog caused injury to Mr Yates, the court heard.
Ember Wong, prosecuting, told the court that the dog in question was an 'XL Bully' breed, but the defendant disputed this.
