POLICE have conducted checks near a village in Wrexham following reports of speeding.
North Wales Police confirmed that speed checks were undertaken near Bronington last week following reports of speeding.
The reports of speeding bikes have occurred on the A495 near the village on the outskirts of Wrexham. The incidents appear to be worse on Thursday nights according to police.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "NWPolice have received reports of speeding bikes on the A495 near Bronington.
In particular on Thursday nights. As a result Patrols and Speed monitoring was completed by PCSO Dean Sawyer on this Thursday 13th June 2024."
