This comes ahead of the current owner’s impending retirement.
The listing, from estate agents Legat Owen, reads: “A fantastic leisure facility located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside including static holiday pitches, hook ups, hard standing pitches, overnight stay pods with hot tubs and excellent on-site facilities.
“The property enters the market due to the imminent retirement of the vendor who has spent many years developing this most attractive and renowned leisure facility.”
The 5.38-acre site is located along Fishpool Road, near Delamere Forest.
It is right by a number of popular visitor spots including the Fishpool Inn, Oulton Park, the Hollies Farm Shop and several golf clubs.
The listing explains that the site has three separate income streams.
There are 23 static caravan pitches, with permission for six more, which provide a regular monthly income.

The site is also home to 44 short-stay hook-up points, including one warden’s unit and 10 hard-standing touring pitches.
Finally, there are the seven glamping pods, each of which boasts its own private hot tub.
On top of all this there is visitor parking, office space, toilet and shower facilities, a games room and BBQ areas, as well as 1.44 acres of woodland.
