THE NEW management company at a Wrexham retail park has set out to reassure customers with a host of changes now in place.
Formerly managed by Euros Car Parks, Island Green was taken over by Focus Estate Fund in February this year.
Following a backlash of customers saying they had been 'wrongly' handed fines, the company is keen to improve the parking experience for all visitors.
Six-months after the installation of new ticket machines, Focus Estate Fund continues to announce its commitment to addressing the "important issues that affect everyone in the community."

Maxim Shkolnik, general partner of Focus Estate Fund, said: "The parking machines have been upgraded to support the Welsh language, allowing drivers to select the Welsh flag and display all instructions and prompts in the beautiful Welsh language.
"Additionally, there are now a total of 11 language options besides English, catering to the diverse linguistic needs of our community.
"The complimentary parking time has been extended to 30 minutes, as indicated by our new signage. This change will provide ample time for quick errands or short visits, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience."
Previously speaking to store managers situated at the retail park, many expressed their frustration that free parking was not an option for the click and collect service offered by most. With the new changes, Focus Estate Fund is hoping it will drive customers back to the retail park.
Mr Shkolnik added: "Recognizing the need for affordable long-term parking solutions, we are also proud to announce the upcoming launch of a new 'Long Stay Parking Area' located behind Domino's, starting June 10th.
"This dedicated facility will offer competitive rates for those requiring extended parking durations, whether for work, leisure, or any other purpose.
"Visitors can pay for parking using 10 on-site payment machines or through mobile apps like RingGo, Pay By Phone, and ECPparkbuddy.
"These multiple payment options enhance convenience and accessibility for users. We are pleased to report that the number of Parking Charge Notices has significantly decreased since we introduced 30 minutes of free parking and changed the machines.
"These improvements address the previous complaints about confusing rules and ticketing issues, demonstrating our commitment to enhancing the overall parking experience for visitors to the area.
"Detailed information about these updates can be found on our website and Facebook page. We are committed to continuously improving our services and infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the people of Wrexham.”
