PHIL SPENCER from Channel 4's Location, Location, Location enjoyed a spot of lunch at a hotel and spa near Flintshire yesterday (June 4).
He and some of the production team from the show stopped at White House Hotel Restaurant and Spa near Rhuallt.
Phil and co-presenter Kirstie Allsopp are in North Wales to film new episodes of the popular property programme, which remains a favourite after more than 20 years.
This week, they filmed at The Mulberry in Conwy town, with the upstairs of the pub closing for production.
The hotel posted about the celebrity visit on their Facebook page, adding "Hi Phil".
Earlier this year the production team appealed to house hunters from the region to apply to take part in the show and confirmed they would be filming in North Wales in the spring.
