TWO free stalls are set to come to Wrexham next month.

Incredible Edible Wrecsam, a local community group, is set to host two free stalls in June. The initiatives aim to promote sustainability, community engagement, and the joy of sharing.

The first stall will take place at at Lle Hapus, Eagles Meadow on Saturday, June 1 from 1pm until 3pm.

A spokesperson from Incredible Edible Wrecsam said: "This event, is a celebration of the sharing economy. The concept is simple yet powerful: a stall where items are given away for free by community members for others to take, also for free.

"Incredible Edible Wrecsam believes in the abundance of resources already available in the world and encourages people to share what they no longer need.

"This event not only reduces waste but also fosters a sense of community and generosity. Whether you're looking to pick up something you need or pass on something you no longer use, this free stall is the perfect opportunity to connect with your community and promote sustainable living."

The second event is a free plant giveaway at Rhosddu Fun Day on Saturday, June 8 from 12pm until 6pm.

As part of the Great Big Green Week, the group will be giving away a variety of plants and seedlings for free, or for a donation.
