A MAN has been arrested in connection with an alleged attempted burglary and road traffic collision in Flintshire. 

North Wales Police's North Flintshire said officers responded to a call in the early hours of this morning (Friday, May 24), following a report of a man attempting to break into a unit on Deeside Industrial Park.

Shortly after, officers received a report of a road traffic collision on Sealand Avenue.

Police said a 46-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of careless driving, failing to stop after a collision, and attempted burglary.
