HEAVY traffic delays have been reported in the Llangollen area due to ongoing maintenance work.
A three-way traffic light system was set up earlier this week and will remain in place along A539 Abbey Road into Mill Street with junction to Castle Street causing much congestion in the area.
The pedestrian footpath along Abbey Road, located just outside Finley's Cafe, is being corrected in time for the Eisteddfod next month. There will also be a routine CCTV inspection later this week as confirmed by Denbighshire County Council.
