Andrew Renehan, aged 60 and of Bucklow Gardens in Lymm, Warrington, was sentenced for speeding - in that he exceeded 50mph on the A494 Garden City to Deeside Industrial Park interchange on September 17 last year. He was fined £666 and handed three penalty points. The defendant must also pay £110 costs and a £255 victim surcharge.
Thomas Evans, aged 27 and of Cristionydd in Penycae, Wrexham, was sentenced for failing to give information relating to the driver or rider of a vehicle when required, which took place on March 28 this year. He received a £440 fine and six penalty points; which led to him being banned for six months. Evans must also pay £110 costs.

James Hughes, aged 43 and of Empress Road in Wrexham was sentenced for criminal damage. The charge stated he caused damage to a Mini Cooper in Wrexham on March 9 this year. He was ordered to pay compensation to the value of £25, as well as £85 costs.
John Haden, aged 29 and of Grosvenor Road in Wrexham, was sentenced for theft from a shop - which saw him taking cheese, meat and wine worth £23.30 from Co-op in Poplar Road on May 9. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay compensation to the value of the stolen goods, as well as £85 costs.
Ian Laing, aged 63 and of Parc Cefni in Llangefni, Anglesey, was sentenced for speeding, in that he exceeded 50mph on the A539 between Ruabon and Overton on July 5 last year. He was fined £176 and handed three penalty points. The defendant must also pay £110 costs, as well as a £70 victim surcharge.
