Stephen Holland, aged 39 and of Milnrow Road in Rochdale, was sentenced for two offences of speeding. The offences took place on August 21 and 22 last year when he exceeded 30mph on the A548 at Oakenholt. The court handed down a £40 fine on each of the two offences and ordered him to pay costs of £110, as well as a £32 victim surcharge. He also received three penalty points.

Bradley Williams, aged 21 and of Dee Road in Connah's Quay, was sentenced for speeding - in that he exceeded 30mph in Manor Lane, Hawarden, on August 26 last year. The court banned him from driving for 14 days and fined him £283. He must also pay £110 costs and a £113 victim surcharge.

Peter Jones, aged 43 and of Seventh Avenue in Llay was sentenced for using a motor vehicle without insurance driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Both offences took place on December 15 last year at Llay. He was fined £120 and handed six penalty points. The court also ordered him to pay £110 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.

David Reilly, aged 65 and of Church Street in Flint, was sentenced for two offences of failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register in that on April 4 and May 10 this year, he failed to register a change of address. He was fined £80 on each of the two counts and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Adam Hitchman, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, was sentenced for assaulting Virginia Evans at New Brighton, near Mold, by beating her on August 27 last year. He was fined £245 and must pay £500 as well as a £245 victim surcharge.

Bridget Rooney, aged 43 and of Glan Y Morfa Court in High Street, Connah's Quay, was sentenced for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, which took place on November 9 at Llay custody facility. The court handed down a 12 month community order with 200 hours of unpaid work and a 48 month driving ban. The defendant must also pay £640 costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

Glyn Mayne, aged 53 and of Ty Coch Street in Denbigh, was sentenced for driving without insurance and whilst uninsured. Both offences took place on September 16 last year in Cefn Mawr. He received a 12 month community order with up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity and a £120 fine. the court ordered him to pay £85 costs.

Andrew Price, aged 33 and of City Road in Chester, was sentenced for one offence of theft from a shop, which saw him take three tubs of baby formula worth £44.97 belonging to Morrisons Daily in Wrexham. He received a seven day custodial sentence and must pay £20 compensation.

Robert Allen, aged 44 and of Bryn Awel Court in Gwersyllt, was sentenced for one offence of theft from a shop, which involved him taking £45.45 worth of laundry products from One Beyond in Regent Street, Wrexham. He received a nine month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs.
