Wrexham: New plant store to open in Charles Street

Owner Eric Ireneusz Grabara is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the 'Plant-e' store opening on Saturday, May 25.

Located at 22 Charles Street, everyone is invited to celebrate the special opening which starts at 10am.

The store will feature an array of plants, both outdoor and indoor, as well as pots, accessories and gifts.

Eric said: "I wanted to share my passion for growing plants with others. My grandad was a talented gardener and inspired me to pursue this endeavour.

"Through my shop, I hope to pass on his knowledge and love for plants to others. I believe that plants have the power to bring joy and a sense of peace to our lives, and I am excited to share this experience with people.

"The shop is my dream I always wanted to have a plant shop. I will be focusing more on house plants just because the weather in UK doesn’t allow us to enjoy the garden the whole year."

Eric launched the online shop last year before taking the plunge and opening up his own store in the city centre alongside business partner Arefeen Chowdhury.

He continues: "My house plant collection has grown to over 300 plants! Not only do they bring beauty to my home, but they also provide countless benefits such as clean air and a sense of relaxation.

"I believe that caring for these plants is not only a hobby, but a way to connect with nature and promote well-being.

"I hope my journey with house plants inspires people to start or enhance your own collection."
