A MIXTURE of sunny spells and rain has been forecast in north Wales this weekend, according to the Met Office.
Wrexham and Flintshire should expect sunny or bright spells with the odd shower over the next few days.
There will be a chilly but largely dry start to Friday, April, 26 with sunny spells in the north and showers due to break out in the afternoon.
It will turn cloudier while remaining dry in the south with light winds and cool temperatures of 12 °C.
A Met Office spokesperson said: "Mostly dry this evening with some late sunny spells in the north.
"Cloudier in the south overnight with showery outbreaks of rain through the early hours. Chilly in the north. Minimum temperature 3 °C."
Tomorrow morning (April 27) will see a cloudy start with some patchy rain breaking to leave some bright spells and scattering showers by the afternoon.

It will feel cold in clouded areas with a maximum temperature of 12 °C.
The outlook from Sunday to Tuesday is looking like spells of rain overnight into Sunday followed by brighter spells.
The Met Office has forecast the odd shower on Monday before turning much cloudier on Tuesday with rain arriving later. It will be breezy with temperatures returning closer to average.
