POLICE were called to a "potential hazardous concern" at a Wrexham property.
The Wrexham Rural policing team said shortly before 8am this morning (Thursday, April 25) it received a call following a concern for the safety of a man at a property in the Bryn Ffynnon area of Brymbo.
Police said officers attended and identified a material of "potential hazardous concern" at the property.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene and following joint investigations with the emergency services, no ongoing concerns to the public were identified.
The man was taken to hospital, police said.
Chief Inspector David Cust said: “This was an isolated incident and emergency services have now stood down following joint enquiries that found there are no wider concerns for the community.
“I would like to thank residents in the area for their understanding and patience while we carried out our investigations.”
