A NEW trailer for Wrexham AFC's hit docu-series has been released ahead of the third instalment.
After its release date was pushed back, fans are thrilled to know the third series of ‘Welcome to Wrexham’, produced by FX, is returning to their screens on May 3.
The popular documentary has detailed the highs and lows of the Reds since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney's Hollywood takeover in 2021.
The club has seen a huge shift in success on and off the field, gaining promotion to the EFL as well as growing a global audience.

Series 3 will kick off from the memorable moment the Red Dragons were promoted to League Two after 15 frustrating years for the club and its fans.
Episode by episode, it will follow the latest season from the American tour last summer which left star striker Paul Mullin injured and unable to play to the games and moments that led to the golden League One promotion just last weekend (April 13).
Co-chairman Ryan Reynolds shared the trailer on 'X', formerly known as Twitter, referring to the highly-anticipated series as a "Thrillolgy."
In January this year, Welcome to Wrexham also scooped five prizes at the Emmy's.

These included Outstanding Cinematography for a Reality Program, Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Reality Program (Single or Multicam), Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Editing for an Unstructured Reality Program.
Bryan Rowland also won 'Outstanding Directing for a Reality Program' for his role in the documentary to take the awards to five for Welcome to Wrexham.
Fans can watch the full series on Disney + from May 3.
