An investigation has been launched after a number of trees were felled in Wrexham.
Concerns were raised by a group called Wrexham Litter Pickers, who shared photos of the site on Twitter earlier this week - and reported the matter to Wrexham Council.
A spokesman for the group posted: "Looks like some illegal tree felling has taken place along the River Gwenfro.
