A NEW McDonald's in Flintshire is opening its doors next month.
The fast food giant is opening in the former Pizza Hut restaurant on Deeside Retail Park in Queensferry.
The chain has now confirmed the new restaurant will open on May 29 and is currently on a major recruitment drive to staff it.

Stewart Williams, McDonald’s Franchisee who now owns and operates 11 restaurants in Wales, said: “We are excited to be opening a new restaurant in Queensferry, bringing significant investment to the local area as well as creating at least 90 full and part time jobs.
"Our recruitment process is now underway and we look forward to welcoming customers through the doors when we open later in May."
Plans for the restaurant, which will have a drive-thru, were objected to by Shotton Town Council over litter and noise concerns.
Flintshire Council gave the green-light for the plans late last year.
