Now, we've put together the cheapest and most expensive homes on the market.
Using Zoopla's website, we've found Wrexham's least expensive house as well as the most expensive, which is well in the millions.
The cheapest property in Wrexham is a two-bed terraced house on Bright Street, Wrexham.
The property is up for sale with Beresford Adams for £85,000.
The house has been described as an "ideal first-time purchase/investment property".
Beresford Adams say the home is situated in a "popular and convenient" location, which has accommodation to comprise, with an entrance hall, dining area, lounge, kitchen and to the first floor.
There are also two double bedrooms, with a combined bathroom and toilet.
The accommodation is complimented by gas radiator heating and UPVC double glazing and externally there are gardens to the rear.
