A North Wales pub labelled "worth travelling for" has been named among the top 10 best pubs in Britain by The Telegraph.
The news outlet revealed its '10 great British pubs worth travelling for,' listing "classic" places from across the country located in some of the "most beautiful regions".
The Telegraph travel writer Will Hawkes, introducing the list, said: "Come for the warm welcome, real ale, creaking floorboards and roaring fireplaces – stay for the beautiful surroundings.
"The prerequisites for a great British holiday, as I see it, are threefold: attractive scenery, decent weather and at least one great pub.
"Given the rate at which our pubs continue to close, finding the latter is not as easy as it once was, so it’s important to support the really good ones – such as these 10 classics in some of Britain’s most beautiful regions."

Snowdonia pub named among the best in Britain
The Grapes Hotel, Maentwrog - in the heart of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park - featured on The Telegraph's list of great British pubs worth travelling for.
The views, "hearty" food and the fact there was plenty to do, were among the reasons why it featured among the best pubs in Britain.
The Telegraph said: "With views over the Vale of Ffestiniog and six smart, well-appointed rooms, this former coaching inn is a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia.
"Food is simple and hearty – steaks, sausage and mash, vegetable lasagne – there’s good local beer and a sheltered beer garden to drink it in when the sun shines.
"There’s plenty to see and do in this part of the world – like the Ffestiniog Railway, a heritage route which runs from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog, stopping at nearby Plas Halt amid thick trees.
"The delights of Portmeirion and the coast, meanwhile, are only slightly further afield."
Visitors to the North Wales pub also hold it in high regard with the Grapes Hotel boasting a 4.5 (out of 5) rating on Tripadvisor from 488 reviews.
