A NEW Farmfoods store has opened it's doors at Wrexham's Plas Coch Retail Park.
The store opened at 7am today (Friday, April 5) in what was the former Argos building, next to The Range.
But this new, large branch is far from what customers already know of the well-known and loved retailer.
Described by store manager Andy Ecob as a 'concept' store, the new business is well-equipped with technology, bright lighting and music, unlike the original retail design across the UK.
Andy said: "We're very much excited to show customers the new format. This is the new concept store so its all completely different to what has been done previously by the retailer.
"This is the future and we're looking forward to getting everyone in."
Assistant manager Nancy Hess said: "We're really excited to be opening up our brand new concept store featuring screens, music and many other features.

Wrexham's new Farmfoods aims to provide a much more enhanced shopping experience for all customers with its modern features.
A number of members of staff previously worked in the building when it was known as Argos.
The location also benefits from a large free customer car park and will be open 7 days a week.
