Wrexham Carnival of Words - free events
Who doesn't love a free event? Wrexham Carnival of Words have several free events to excite your literary taste buds this year. These include a Readathon of Les Miserables, fan fiction panel debates covering Stories from Wonderland and From Star Wars to Sherlock, From Page to Stage with Theatr Clwyd, a children's writing workshop with author Elen Caldecott called How do Books Happen, plus a whole morning of children's activities with Magi Ann, Dynamic Signing Sensations and storytellers Jude Lennon, Sarah Parkinson and Fay Evans - plus lot's more surprises on the day. North Wales Integrated Autism Service
Are you Autistic? Do you support an Autistic child or adult? North Wales Integrated Autism Service will be holding drop-in sessions at Wrexham Library on the second Monday of the month 10am-noon. If you would like advice, support or just a general chat why not call in, alternatively if you're not able to visit Wrexham Library you can also visit them Brynteg Library on the second Friday of the month from 2pm-4pm, Cefn Mawr Library on the third Monday of the month from 1pm-3pm and Chirk Library on the second Monday of the month, from 2pm-4pm.
Wrexham Library Easter drawing competition
Come and show us your drawing skills by entering our competition at Wrexham Library this Easter. Collect your competition entry sheet from the library, create your masterpiece and hand it back before the closing date of Saturday, April 6, to be in with a chance of winning a prize. The competition is open to all children.
Cefn Mawr Library for Teenagers

The Gruffalo is 25!
March was the Gruffalo's official birthday month and you can join the celebrations at Brynteg Library! The Gruffalo, from the much-loved partnership, Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, is 25 years old! Over the past 25 years the award-winning rhyming adventure of a quick-witted mouse and a hungry Gruffalo has warmed countless hearts, creating magical moments for families worldwide. The staff and the Gruffalo can't wait to see you!
