CORRIE star Alan Halsall surprised staff and diners when he popped into a village pub for a meal over Easter.
Alan, who plays Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street, tucked into a meal with his family whilst visiting the Crown Inn Trelawnyd.
Landlord Nathan Hadaway said: "We had a busy Easter as expected, we were run off our feet! But all the staff working on Saturday afternoon (March 30) got a bit of a boost when Alan Halsall came in after a bike ride with his family for a meal.
"He tried to hide himself with a baseball cap, but Corrie lover Will, our barman, knew who he was straight away.
"We let them all enjoy their family meal before asking for a photo!
"They were a lovely family who we’d happily serve again!"
Alan posted on the Crown Inn Trelawnyd's social media page: "I’ll be back for that Cheesecake oh, and not in a tracksuit and crocs. Great food. Thanks."
The Crown Inn Trelawnyd replied: "We will happily welcome you back and if you are back in time for your charity event we will donate a prize! Thank you!"
