A WREXHAM man has been fined after police caught him driving whilst disqualified.
Stephen Barton, of Laurels Avenue in Bangor on Dee, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 56-year-old admitted that on February 28, he drove a motor vehicle whilst disqualified and without insurance.

Justin Espie, prosecuting, told the court that at around 2.30pm on the day of the offence, Barton was seen driving into a driveway at The Laurels in Bangor on Dee.
A check by police confirmed he was a banned driver - which led to the vehicle being seized.
Ceri Lewis, defending, told the court her client would soon be relocating on a permanent basis to Germany.
She said: "He made a full and frank admission at the roadside and enters a timely guilty plea.
"He fully accepts he shouldn't have driven.
"He has no income at the moment but has just sold his house.
"The vehicle has now been signed over to the company which seized it."
The court handed down a £180 fine, as well as ordering Barton to pay £85 costs and a £72 victim surcharge.
He was banned from driving for six months.
