THE cheapest and most expensive places to buy houses in Wrexham and Flintshire have been revealed.
A new report has ranked postcodes in Wrexham and Flintshire based on their average house price, revealing the cheapest and most expensive places to live in both counties.
With constant inflation rises, the opportunity for first time buyers to get a mortgage offer that is affordable and reasonable is extremely difficult.
This is leaving people either not moving out at all or paying to rent a place instead.
Responding to this ongoing change, Cardinal Steels and Online Marketing Surgery have created their House Price Report, which helped rank postcodes in Wrexham and Flintshire based on their average house price.
Based on figures from HM Land Registry, the LL12 postcode, which covers areas including Wrexham, Rossett, Llay, Gresford and Marford is the most expensive with the average house costing £265,967.
Meanwhile, the LL14 postcode, which covers Chirk, Ruabon, and Cefn Mawr among others is the cheapest, with an average house price of £173,545.
