TICKETS to Wrexham AFC's final day clash against Stockport County were sold out within minutes this morning.

It's becoming quite the feature of late, with several unlucky fans missing out due the sheer demand to see the Reds.

Phil Parkinson's side face promotion rivals County at the SToK Cae Ras on April 27, a game which could have a huge say in the title and automatic places.

Tickets to the game went on sale this morning (March 26) at 10am and were gone within minutes.

Many fans took to social media to share their joy in securing tickets for the big game or disappointment in missing out.

Some said that by 10.03am there were no tickets available.

On Friday (March 22), tickets to the Crewe Alexandra game were also like gold dust, selling out in minutes.

The club has yet to confirm that the tickets have sold out, but the website states that they have.

Demand for tickets has increased massively since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over the club in 2021.

The Reds have averaged an attendance of 11,041 so far this season thanks to the introduction of the temporary Kop in December.

Wrexham fans will be counting the time down until the new Kop stand is completed, which would see the SToK Cae Ras attendance boosted to over 15,000.

A total of 17 points from their remaining seven games would secure them an automatic promotion place and see Wrexham achieve back-to-back promotions.

Next up is top of the table Mansfield Town on Good Friday (March 29).
