WREXHAM AFC's co-owner Ryan Reynolds has expressed his pride and happiness ahead of this weekend's womens match.
On Sunday, March 24 Wrexham AFC Women will be playing at the Stok Cae Ras against Swansea City AFC.
The 'history-making' team will be taking on one of Welsh women's football's most-decorated teams at the world's oldest international football stadium.

Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds expressed his excitement over the news that the women's team would be playing at the Racecourse once again.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, he said: "Damn happy this is on again. Last time they played at the StōK Cae Ras, Wrexham AFC Women put on a SHOW... One of the most memorable days of my life."
The fixture will mark Wrexham AFC Women’s return to the stadium after setting a Welsh domestic record attendance of 9,511 in their last match at the ground, last season. The team usually play their matches at The Rock.
After a thrilling 3-3 draw with Swansea when the two teams last met in North Wales, Wrexham will be looking to record a first ever win against one of Welsh women's football most-decorated teams.

Earlier today (March 19) it was announced that Wrexham AFC Women and Manager Steve Dale were nominated for 'Best Club of the Year' and 'Best Coach' for the Women's Football Awards 2024.
Having earned promotion to the Genero Adran Premier last summer, the Red Dragons led the way for Women’s football both on and off the pitch.
Fans are excited to follow the team's success this year, starting with Sunday's match.
