One visitor, reviewing their experience, said: "Afternoon tea, a treat from my daughter. Lovely little cafe, spotlessly clean and we had a warm welcome from the proprietor.
"We were given a choice of sandwich fillings and the sandwiches were freshly made. After only a short wait our tea was served and what a tea it was. Beautiful sandwiches, scone with jam and cream, selection of cakes.
"There was a large pot of tea for myself and a cold drink for my daughter. We were unable to finish everything but we had it boxed for home. We'll be back for lunch soon."
