A POPULAR theatre group is returning to Flintshire following last year's successful performances.
440 Theatre is a master of their craft and audiences invited to Caffi Isa in Mold are delighted to welcome them back.
Returning with their uniquely modern edition of 'Macbeth and Romeo & Juliet', 440 Theatre aims to deliver with just four actors in just 40 minutes.
The talented theatre group is returning to Caffi Isa in Mold for one day only, April 6, showing one performance at 2pm and the other at 5pm.
The company will deliver two of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies transformed into outrageous, fall-on-the-floor comedies. You might have seen Shakespere before, but never like this...
440 have been delighting audiences up and down the country with their fast paced, in your face, hysterically funny productions.
At the Leader, we attended the production last summer at Theatr Clwyd. See our full review here.
This time, the cast will be performing at Caffi Isa in Mold, Mynydd Isa Library Community Centre.
A 440 theatre spokesperson said: "We can never get over how incredible Flintshire audiences are.
"Since our first performance their in 2022 I think it was, we've been blown away by how loud and supportive they are which is extremely useful when you're being silly with Shakespeare!

"Audiences can expect even more outrageous comedy, more malfunctioning costumes, more music and all with a seaside themed twist with two of The Bard's greatest comedies.
"Whether you're a Shakepeare buff or someone who thinks it's 'not for me', trust me, sitting in a room with 200 people laughing hysterically (including the actors!) is something that never gets old!
"We can't wait to be back!"
