A VICTORIAN-style chapel in Wrexham has gone up for sale.
Salem Chapel, Pisgah Hill, Pentre Broughton is on the market, with Connect Auctions UK valuing the property at £90,000.
The historic building has planning consent with Wrexham Council to be converted into a three bedroom residential property.
Connect Auctions says the property is "ideal" for developers or owner occupiers.
The main area of the chapel is 1530 square feet, with a vaulted ceiling, lancet arched windows and wall panelling.

Below the main chapel there are steps down to the boiler room or basement.
The chapel has the benefit of 5-year planning consent for conversion to a three-bedroom dwelling and includes the demolition and rebuilding of the front façade to reduce the size of the structure.
