A MAN has been fined after shouting, screaming and swearing in front of residents and children.
Michael Rixham, of Glan y Morfa Court in High Street, Connah's Quay, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
The 60-year-old admitted one offence of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
Prosecutor Rachel Drew told the court that at around 8pm on June 17 last year, a member of the public called the police reporting a male at Glan y Morfa Court - a local authority housing complex for older residents.
According to the caller, he was "screaming, shouting and being aggressive."
It came after an incident the previous day involving Rixham and another resident.
The defendant had been told to stay away from the other man.

When officers arrived on the day of the offence, they spoke to the informant, who showed them a video of Rixham on the walkway at the complex, shouting and swearing.
He was visited and claimed the other male had sworn at him.
Officers warned Rixham, who became gradually "louder and more animated," that he would be arrested if his behaviour continued.
He responded by saying: "Well, arrest me," and when the cuffs were put on he dropped himself onto the floor in a communal hallway and refused to get up.
Rixham shouted "This is what police do to f****** disabled people," in front of other residents and children.
Ms Drew said the defendant's actions constituted a "substantial disturbance."
Lorraine McClure, defending, said "friction" between her client and the other resident at the complex had "escalated."
Despite Rixham being told to stay away from him after their first incident, Ms McClure said they bumped into each other in a corridor and her client felt threatened.
"He should have just done what the police asked," she conceded.
"But he didn't fall to the ground on purpose.
"He does have a disability and he fell."
The Magistrates handed down a fine of £108 and ordered Rixham to pay £110 costs, as well as a £43 victim surcharge.
