A HOTEL in Llangollen has been listed for sale at a price of £1.9 million.
The 58-bedroom Hand Hotel has been put up for sale through Graham + Sibbald.
The estate agents say that the hotel has been owned and operated by one of their clients since 2001.
It is situated within Llangollen town centre and overlooks the River Dee.
Graham + Sibbald say they are 'delighted to bring this impressive and profitable 58 bedroom historic market town hotel, inn, and restaurant to the market'.

The sale of the site includes the 58 en-suite bedrooms situated within the hotel, as well as the public bar and restaurant areas.
Also included are conference and banqueting facilities and a 'fabulous' outside bar with a decked seating area which overlooks the River Dee.

Graham + Sibbald say there is also a 'range of outbuildings with further development potential' on site.
They are looking for offers in the region of £1,900,000 for the hotel.
