NORTH Wales Police have had a report of a vehicle being stolen in the Flint area.
Police are encouraging all local residents to be vigilant and consider the following crime prevention advice to reduce the chances of becoming victim of a similar crime.
A spokesperson said: "The car, a red Ford Focus hatchback, is reported to have been taken some time between January 22nd and January 26th from a premises on Northop Road, Flint.
"Anyone with info to contact North Wales Police on 101, or via the website, using reference number Q012385."
-Park your vehicle in a location which is covered by CCTV.
-Consider purchasing a wheel lock or steering wheel lock for your vehicle.

-Consider buying security lighting which covers the area in which your vehicle is kept.
-Always remove all valuables from the car to make it "less appealing" to potential criminals.
-Physically check that all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the vehicle unoccupied.
