POLICE are upping patrols in an area of Wrexham blighted by recent anti-social behaviour issues.
North Wales Police's Wrexham City team said in recent weeks there has been notice a rise in anti-social behaviour in Rhostyllen, whereby eggs are being thrown at vehicles and houses along with knock and run.
A spokesperson said: "To tackle this, we are conducting more patrols around the area. PCSO Gethin has been cycling around the Rhostyllen area and PCSO Meg has been on foot.
"We politely ask that parents are aware of where their children are going at night.
"We are also actively trying to identify those responsible and if anyone has any information please contact North Wales Police via 101 or online reporting."
