ROADS across Wrexham and Flintshire are reopening following the effects of Storm Isha last night.
Strong winds and heavy rain hit north Wales yesterday with public transport and roads affected.
Traffic management was put in place on the A483 and A5 near Ruabon through to Halton.
With gusts up to 60mph set to hit, the road was later closed, with motorists diverted through Llangollen.

However this morning, there are several reports that both lanes are now back open.
Elsewhere, the Flintshire Bridge was also closed due to the high winds, but Flintshire County Council confirmed the road was reopened at 2.30am on Monday.
The weather warning remains in place until 12pm today, with a fresh warning put in place by the Met Office for later this week.
